For over a quarter of a century, we have offered fresh perspectives to over 100,000 students and thousands of adults. We were proudly founded by Professor Frank D. Naylor of Melbourne University, a luminary in the Australian field of educational psychology. Frank possessed an intense commitment to the advancement of psychological knowledge in the areas of educational achievement and state-trait assessment. Throughout his career, he demonstrated distinction in research, scholarship and practice. In the course of his work on career development and decision-making, he demonstrated the significance of aptitudes, interests and beliefs in career choice and change. For more than two decades, we have continued to research our unique vocational test materials and products to ensure our services remain valid and reliable. Our team includes highly experienced registered psychologists, facilitators and mentors. Our Psychologists are members of the Australian Psychological Society, the Careers Education Association of Victoria, and the Career Development Association of Australia. Our extended range of Personal and Professional Quests blend psychological expertise with a uniquely humanistic approach.
