Mindfulness

In the quest to maintain positive life equilibrium, we offer individual and small group sessions in “Mindfulness”. 

Suitable for people all ages and backgrounds, Mindfulness is the learned practice of ‘being in the moment’.  Once mastered, it can help restore peace of mind, increase your power of focus and refresh your psyche.

You will learn how to focus upon, observe and diffuse negative, hostile or disordered emotions without judgment. 
We provide you with techniques to enhance your consciousness, thereby providing greater insight into your perceptions, reality and ultimately, happiness.
